Independence from the Zontes brand

We sell aftermarket accessories and parts intended for use with Zontes motorcycles and scooters. We are an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise connected to Zontes, Guangdong Tayo Motorcycle Technology Co., Ltd. or any of their distributors. Model names, codes and trade marks are used solely to describe which motorcycles a product is intended to fit, which is a descriptive and permitted use. All trade marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Products, fitment and descriptions

We take care to describe products accurately, including which models and model years they are intended to fit. Even so, manufacturers revise specifications, mounting points and bodywork between model years without notice, and the same model may be sold under different designations in different markets. Fitment information is provided in good faith as guidance and does not amount to a guarantee that a part will fit your specific motorcycle. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and we will help you check.

Product photographs are illustrative. Colours may vary between screens, and some images show a product fitted to a model other than yours.

Installation and use

Accessories and replacement parts affect how a motorcycle behaves. You are responsible for ensuring that any product you buy is installed correctly, ideally by a qualified mechanic, and that it complies with the road traffic and type-approval rules that apply where you ride. Some products - including but not limited to exhaust systems, lighting and number plate holders - may not be road-legal in all jurisdictions or may require separate approval. Checking this is your responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss or damage arising from incorrect installation, from use of a product for a purpose it was not designed for, from modification of a product, or from use of a product in a way that breaches local law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Orders, pricing and availability

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, where a price or description was published in error, where we are unable to ship to your address, or where we suspect fraudulent or abusive use of the store. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.

Intellectual property

The content of this site - text, layout, product descriptions, fitment guides and photographs we have produced - belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or republish it commercially without our written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you live, and nothing in these terms removes that protection.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
