Protection and Function

The motorcycle radiator is positioned where it can be exposed to stones, insects and road debris while riding. This aluminum grille adds an additional protective layer in front of the radiator to help reduce direct contact with the cooling fins and radiator surface.

The open grille structure is designed to provide protection without completely covering the radiator airflow area.

Installation

1. Park the motorcycle securely and allow the engine and cooling system to cool completely.
2. Identify the radiator and corresponding mounting points.
3. Position the radiator guard and align it with the compatible mounting locations.
4. Install the corresponding mounting hardware without fully tightening it initially.
5. Check alignment and make sure the guard does not contact the radiator core.
6. Tighten the mounting hardware securely.
7. Confirm that the guard does not interfere with hoses, body panels, steering or other components.

Important: The radiator and cooling system can become extremely hot. Always allow the motorcycle to cool completely before installation or adjustment.
