Protection and Function
Motorcycle shock absorbers are exposed to water, dust, mud and small stones during normal riding. Over time, these contaminants can accumulate around the spring and suspension components.
This protective cover wraps around the shock absorber to provide an additional barrier against outdoor riding conditions while helping keep the suspension area cleaner.
Installation
- Measure the length and diameter of your shock absorber before installation.
- Select the appropriate 27 cm or 35 cm cover.
- Clean loose dirt from the shock absorber and spring area.
- Wrap the protective cover around the shock absorber.
- Secure the cover using the integrated hook-and-loop closure.
- Check that the cover is securely positioned and does not interfere with suspension movement.
Important: After installation, make sure the cover does not restrict suspension travel or contact nearby moving, braking or exhaust components.
