Design and Function
The exhaust outlet is a visible part of the motorcycle's rear profile. This CNC-machined cover adds a more refined metal detail to the end of the original exhaust while helping shield the surrounding tip area from minor cosmetic contact.
The anodized finish provides several color choices, allowing the exhaust detail to be coordinated with other accessories on the motorcycle.
Installation
- Allow the motorcycle and exhaust system to cool completely.
- Clean the original exhaust outlet and remove dirt or residue.
- Position the exhaust tip cover over the corresponding original exhaust section.
- Align the cover correctly with the exhaust outlet.
- Install and tighten the corresponding mounting hardware securely.
- Confirm that the cover does not obstruct the exhaust outlet or contact surrounding components.
- Recheck the mounting after the first few rides.
Important: Exhaust components become extremely hot during operation. Never install, adjust or touch the cover until the exhaust has cooled completely.
