Description

Upgrade the handguard ends of your Zontes 368G with these CNC-machined aluminum bar end plugs. They finish off the end of the handguard with a clean, aerodynamic tail piece that adds a premium detail to the cockpit.

Made from 6061 aluminum alloy with an anodized surface, the plugs attach securely to the handguard body and help reinforce the handlebar end against vibration and minor knocks. They are available in several colors, with or without the 368G logo.

Installation

Installation

  1. Park the motorcycle securely on a stable surface.
  2. Remove the original end cap or plug from the handguard end.
  3. Position the new bar end plug and align it with the mounting point.
  4. Insert and tighten the fastening hardware securely.
  5. Repeat on the other side.
  6. Check that the controls and handlebar move freely before riding.

Important: Make sure the plugs are firmly tightened and recheck them after the first few rides. Bar end plugs help reduce minor damage but cannot prevent all damage in a fall.
