Installation
Installation
- Park the motorcycle securely on a stable surface.
- Remove the pivot bolt and nut of the original brake lever and take off the lever.
- Fit the new brake lever, making sure it engages the master cylinder pushrod correctly, and reinstall the pivot bolt.
- Repeat the process on the clutch side, reconnecting the clutch cable or actuator.
- Set the preferred reach position on each lever.
- Check that both levers move freely and return fully.
- Test brake and clutch operation before riding.
Important: Brake and clutch levers are safety-critical parts. Make sure the brake and clutch systems work correctly before riding. Professional installation is recommended if you are unsure.
