Zontes 703T Accessories: How to Set Up the New Sport Tourer (2026 Guide)

Zontes 703T Accessories: How to Set Up the New Sport Tourer (2026 Guide)

The Zontes 703T is the touring member of the 703 family: the same 699 cc three-cylinder engine as the 703F, 703R and 703RR, reworked for distance with a taller bar, an electrically adjustable screen, a 20-litre tank and mounting points for luggage. It reached Spanish dealers in October 2026, and owners are already asking the same thing: what is worth adding, and what does the bike already have?

Because the 703T is so new, the aftermarket is still catching up. This guide covers what you can fit today, what to protect first, and how to make sure a part is really made for the 703T.

Short answer: a sensible order for new 703T owners

  1. Protect the exposed parts: radiator, water pump and front ABS sensor.
  2. Tune the wind protection to your height with a touring screen or a deflector.
  3. Add small luggage on the standard crash bars for tools and rain gear.
  4. Fine-tune comfort: fork preload adjusters, tank pad protection, rain gear.

What the 703T already comes with

The 703T is unusually complete for its price. Knowing what is standard stops you spending money twice.

Comes as standard What it means for accessories
Electrically adjustable windscreen Good starting point. Taller riders may still want a larger screen or a deflector for motorway trips.
Heated grips and heated rider seat No need for aftermarket heated grips. Spend the money on rain gear instead.
Crash bars and handguards Basic protection is covered, and the bars double as mounting points for small bags.
Fog lights Worth protecting, as they sit low and catch stones.
8-inch TFT with navigation and phone mirroring A phone holder is optional rather than essential.
Cruise control, quickshifter, cornering ABS, traction control The electronics are complete. Upgrades are about protection and comfort.
Front and rear cameras, tyre pressure monitoring No need for aftermarket TPMS or dash cams.
Mounting points for three cases The bike is ready for luggage. Check which cases and plates match before you buy.

Step 1: protect what the factory left exposed

The standard crash bars look after the engine sides in a tip-over, but they don't cover the parts that take daily punishment from stones and road debris. These are inexpensive and easy to fit, which makes them the best first purchase.

Part Protects Details
Aluminium Radiator Guard Radiator core from stones and insects Anodised black aluminium, approx. 0.18 kg, listed for the 703T 2025–2027
CNC Water Pump Guard Exposed water pump area Thick CNC aluminium, approx. 0.5 kg, several colours, 5.0 / 5 from 2 reviews
Front ABS Sensor Guard Front wheel ABS sensor Full guard shared across the 368 and 703 ranges, 5.0 / 5 from 3 reviews
ABS Sensor Protection Cover Front ABS sensor (lighter option) ABS plastic, approx. 70 g, in silver, blue, titanium, black or red
Fog Light Guards Standard fog lights Left and right pair, gold, white or blue, with an optional 703T logo
Front Axle Sliders Fork legs and front wheel in a fall Fit across the 368 and 703 ranges
Front Axle Dust Plugs Axle ends from dirt and corrosion Small, cheap and popular, with 6 reviews

Which ABS option? If you ride gravel roads or in winter grit, go for the full guard. If you mainly want to keep the sensor area clean and like a colour accent, the lighter cover is enough.

Step 2: get the wind protection right for your height

The standard screen is electrically adjustable, which already puts the 703T ahead of many rivals. Whether you need more depends mostly on your height and how much motorway riding you do.

Standard screen 703T Touring Windscreen Universal Deflector
What it is Factory screen, electric adjustment Model-specific replacement screen Clamp-on extension for the existing screen
Material - PMMA acrylic, approx. 4.2–4.5 mm thick, approx. 1.6 kg ABS plastic, approx. 0.4 kg
Options - Clear or smoky grey, in 52 cm and 57 cm versions Light smoke or transparent, several sizes
Fitting - Uses the original mounting points and trim Clamps on, no permanent changes
Best for Average height, mixed riding Riders who want a more touring-focused screen Fine-tuning helmet buffeting on a budget

Fitting tip: tighten the screen hardware evenly and don't overtighten, as too much pressure can crack acrylic. After fitting, turn the bars lock to lock and run the electric adjustment through its full range to check nothing touches.

Step 3: luggage for longer days

The 703T is prepared for three cases, so most owners will eventually fit a full luggage set. Before that, small bags on the standard crash bars are the easiest way to carry tools, a rain suit and a drink without opening the cases.

  • 8L Waterproof Crash Bar Bag: 500D PVC laminated fabric with a roll-top closure, a 5-point strap system and quick-release buckles. Sold singly or as a pair. Keep the straps clear of the exhaust and moving parts.
  • Universal 25mm Crash Bar Protection Blocks: rubber blocks that take the first hit in a tip-over. Measure your crash bar tube before ordering.

Looking for cases or a top box? Model-specific pannier frames and top case plates for the 703T are among the parts the aftermarket is still developing. Ask us which options fit your bike before you order. We'd rather check than have you send something back.

Step 4: comfort and finishing touches

  • 14mm Fork Preload Adjusters: CNC aluminium tabs that let you change front preload by hand, which is useful when you switch between riding solo and with a passenger and full luggage. Sold as a pair with fasteners and a hex key, 5.0 / 5 from 3 reviews. Always set both fork legs equally.
  • 3D Resin Tank Pad Protection Kit: raised epoxy-resin protectors for the tank, tank cap, side panels, hand area or tail, made for the 703T 2025–2026. Tank bags and zips scratch paint quickly on a touring bike.
  • CNC Aluminium Key Shell: protects the keyless fob, which is easy to drop at fuel stops.
  • Rain gear: the heated grips and seat keep you warm, but not dry. A two-piece rain suit over your riding gear is essential kit on a tourer.

Which setup for which rider?

Your riding Fit first Then consider
Daily commuter Radiator guard, ABS sensor protection Rain suit, key shell
Weekend touring Crash bar bags, touring screen or deflector Tank pad kit, rain gear
Long-distance and two-up Touring windscreen, fork preload adjusters Full luggage set (ask us about fitment)
Gravel and bad roads Radiator guard, water pump guard, full ABS guard Fog light guards, axle sliders
Taller riders (above about 185 cm) Touring windscreen (compare the 52 cm and 57 cm versions) Deflector to fine-tune buffeting

What you can skip

  • Aftermarket heated grips: standard, along with a heated seat.
  • TPMS sensors and dash cams: tyre pressure monitoring and front and rear cameras are built in.
  • Basic engine crash bars: already fitted from the factory.
  • Parts listed only for the 703F or 703R bodywork: see the fitment section below.

Fitment: what the 703T shares with its siblings

The 703T shares its engine and much of its electronics with the 703F, 703R and 703RR, but its bodywork, screen, subframe and luggage mounts are its own. That split decides which parts transfer.

Part type Shared with other 703 models?
Engine-side parts (water pump guard, consumables) Usually yes, across the 703 range
Front-end protection (ABS guard, axle sliders, dust plugs) Often yes. Check each product page
Windscreens and bodywork No. Choose parts made for the 703T
Pannier frames, racks and top case plates No. 703T-specific only

The 703T is listed as ZT703-T, and in Spain also as "703T ETC". Every product on our site shows the exact models it fits. With a model this new, if anything is unclear, send us your model and year and we'll check first. We usually reply within one business day.

Frequently asked questions

Does the Zontes 703T come with crash bars?

Yes. Crash bars and handguards are standard, along with fog lights. What they don't cover is the radiator, water pump and front ABS sensor, which is why those guards are a good first upgrade.

Do I need a taller windscreen on the 703T?

Not always. The standard screen adjusts electrically and suits many riders. Taller riders and those who do a lot of motorway riding often prefer the Touring Windscreen, offered in 52 cm and 57 cm versions, or a clamp-on deflector to reduce helmet buffeting.

Will 703F or 703R accessories fit the 703T?

Engine-side and some front-end parts often do, because the engine and much of the hardware are shared. Screens, bodywork, racks and luggage mounts are 703T-specific. Always check the compatibility list on each product page.

Are panniers and a top case available for the 703T?

The bike has mounting points for three cases. Model-specific aftermarket frames and plates are still arriving because the model is new. Contact us and we'll tell you what currently fits.

Is the 703T available with an A2 licence?

An A2-restricted version is offered. Accessories don't change between full-power and A2 versions.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–7 business days and usually arrive within 5–10 business days, with a tracking link by email. You can return unused items within 30 days.
