Universal 25mm Crash Bar Protection Blocks

Description

Add an extra contact layer to compatible 25 mm motorcycle crash bars with these compact protection blocks. Designed to mount directly onto the crash bar tubing, they help reduce direct abrasion and scratching of the metal crash bar during minor drops, parking incidents or low-speed sliding contact.

The lightweight aluminum construction provides a durable mounting solution without adding unnecessary bulk and is suitable for a wide range of Zontes motorcycles equipped with compatible 25 mm crash bars.

Key Features

• Crash Bar Protection: Helps reduce direct contact between the motorcycle crash bar and the ground during minor drops or sliding contact.
• Universal 25 mm Fit: Designed for motorcycle crash bars with approximately 25 mm outer tube diameter.
• Aluminum Construction: Lightweight metal construction provides durable support for regular motorcycle use.
• Pair Configuration: Supplied as a pair for installation on corresponding crash bar contact areas.
• Compact Design: Adds practical protection without significantly increasing the size or weight of the crash bar system.
• Black Finish: Clean appearance designed to blend with most motorcycle protection bars.
• Easy Installation: Clamp-style mounting allows installation onto compatible crash bar tubing.

Compatibility

This is a universal accessory and is not manufactured specifically for one Zontes model. It can be used on motorcycles equipped with compatible crash bars measuring approximately 25 mm in outer diameter.

Potential applications may include compatible crash bar setups on:

• Zontes 368G
• Zontes 368E
• Zontes 368K
• Zontes 368M
• Zontes 350E
• Zontes G1 125
• Zontes G1 150
• Zontes 125U
• Zontes 310T
• Zontes 310X
• Zontes 703F

Compatibility depends entirely on the installed crash bar. Measure the outer diameter of your crash bar before ordering. The required diameter is approximately 25 mm.

Protection and Function

Crash bars are designed to become an external contact point during a motorcycle drop, which can leave scratches and abrasion on the metal tubing. These protection blocks create an additional contact surface at selected areas of the crash bar to help reduce direct wear on the bar itself.

Their compact construction also makes them suitable for riders who want additional crash bar protection without installing large or visually intrusive accessories.

Package Includes

• 2 x Crash Bar Protection Blocks
• 1 x Mounting Screw Kit

3. Select a suitable contact area on the crash bar.
4. Position the protection block around the tubing.
5. Install the supplied mounting hardware and align the block correctly.
6. Tighten the hardware evenly and securely.
7. Check that the blocks do not interfere with engine components, body panels, rider controls or normal motorcycle operation.

Important: These blocks are intended to help reduce cosmetic damage to compatible crash bars and cannot prevent all motorcycle damage during a fall or collision. Recheck the mounting hardware periodically, especially after off-road use or a motorcycle drop.
