The 125D is Zontes' city-focused 125 scooter, positioned around elegance and everyday usability rather than sportiness. It runs a 125 cc liquid-cooled single with Bosch electronic injection, and the equipment reflects the brand's habit of fitting features from larger machines: full LED lighting, a colour TFT dash and - unusually at this size - an electrically adjustable windscreen. It sits below the 368D in the range, sharing that model's naming logic but not its platform or performance.
What the electric screen changes
Most 125 scooter accessory lists start with wind protection, because most 125 scooters have a small fixed screen or none at all. The 125D does not follow that pattern - the screen adjusts electrically from the bars. Before buying a taller replacement, work out whether the standard unit at full extension already covers you, because a fixed aftermarket screen would remove that adjustability. Where riders do upgrade is usually for a wider screen rather than a taller one, to manage shoulder-height turbulence on faster roads.
The real demand pattern
Storage leads: a top case rack and box, because a 125 in daily commuter use fills its underseat compartment fast. Then the commuter set - phone mounts, covers, disc locks, leg aprons and rain gear. Then comfort: gel pads and comfort seats, which matter more on scooters used for short daily journeys than people expect. Consumables close it out: air and oil filters, spark plugs, drive belts, rollers, brake pads and bulbs are the repeat-purchase engine of any 125 scooter collection.
Fitment
Covers the ZT125-D and the "D125" spelling. Do not confuse it with the 368D, which shares a letter but is a completely different machine with a 368 cc engine and 15-inch front wheel.
