Installation

Installation

  1. Park the motorcycle securely on a stable surface with the handlebar straight.
  2. Remove the original handlebar clamp cover or bolts as required.
  3. Position the new clamp cover parts on the handlebar clamp.
  4. Install the supplied hardware without fully tightening it at first.
  5. Check alignment and that the handlebar does not shift.
  6. Tighten all bolts evenly and securely.
  7. Turn the handlebar lock-to-lock to confirm nothing interferes with cables or the dashboard.

Important: The handlebar clamp is a safety-critical component. Make sure the handlebar is firmly clamped and tightened to the correct torque before riding. If unsure, have the part fitted by a qualified mechanic.
